Do I need the physical SOS device for the app to work?
No, the app works perfectly on its own. However, the portable SOS device is a powerful add-on for users who may be in situations where pulling out a phone isn’t possible. It’s especially ideal for students, travelers, and elderly users.
Can I use the app without internet?
The app requires a basic data connection to send alerts and track your location. If you’re in a low-network area, the phsyical SOS device with 4G may be more effective in transmitting signals directly.
What kind of emergencies is this app useful for?

Who responds when I press the SOS button?
Our trained command center agents receive your alert immediately and dispatch help through either our private security network, trained responders in your area, or by contacting your listed emergency contacts. In high-risk cases, we escalate to public emergency services.
Is my personal data safe on the app?
